The Weekend Workshop That

Getting fit is hard. Staying fit is hard.
It involves far more than simply learning an exercise routine or hiring
a Personal Trainer. It involves a commitment to a new way of life,
for the rest of your life. And, committing to anything for such an
extended period of time is frightening and difficult.
After more than a decade of
successfully working with hundreds of people over the age of 45, I have
learned the secret to success of getting and staying fit for the rest of
your life. That is what the Fitness Inspiration Transformation is all
It has been shown time and time again that
people will not successfully change their behavior for the long term
unless there is emotion involved. The F.I.T. Workshop™ connects you
to that place in your heart where you will find the inspiration unique
to you that takes you from, “I should exercise” or “I should
eat better” to “I want to!!”
This program extends over
a weekend: Saturday
and Sunday from 9 - 5 PM. It is a weekend that will truly change
your life. Not only will you discover what has been holding you back
all these years, but you will also learn your unique aging issues that
have already begun. I will teach you how to stop their progression
whenever possible and often reverse them.
You will also learn two separate
workout routines using my
method of strength training and stretching, so that
you can go home and do your own workouts because now you will be
inspired to actually follow through and do them. You will learn about
the four cornerstones of the BodSpir®
technique and how they help
enhance your healthy aging process. You will also learn about the 4 key
elements you need to maintain energetic aging.
As for how you eat and what works and
doesn’t work, you will begin to understand how your body functions and
why you will never have to diet again. You will also learn how to
grocery shop for the right foods, read labels and some of the tricks the
manufacturers use to hide much of what is in their products.
Because one of the key foundations to a
healthy life is the ability to relax and de-stress, we will teach you
all about the benefits of relaxation and meditation. Stress is said to
be the #1 cause of most illness, so learning how to control your stress
is key to successful aging.
I have developed this weekend
workshop after working with hundreds of people, teaching them how to
stay healthy as they age. I discovered that it is the individual’s
inspiration that gets them to commit.
