Getting fit is hard. Staying fit is hard. It involves far more than simply learning an exercise routine or hiring a Personal Trainer. After more than a decade of successfully working with hundreds of people over the age of 45, I have learned the secret to success of getting and staying fit for the rest of your life. That is what the Fitness Inspiration Transformation Workshop is all about.

The Fitness Inspiration Transformation Workshop is a 2 day intensive where you finally recognize your inspiration and learn the tools you need to take control of your physicality for the rest of your life. This is a weekend when you learn what has been holding you back all these years, and how to move forward and become more committed to a healthier you for decades to come. There is also an option for some private time with me where you will discover your unique physical aging issues that have already begun and how to stop their progression whenever possible and often reverse them.

You will learn about the four cornerstones of the BodSpir® technique available through the BodSpir Membership Site and how they help enhance your healthy aging process. You will also learn about the 7 key elements you need to maintain energetic aging.
We will look at how you eat and what works and doesn’t work for you. You will begin to understand how your body functions and why you will never have to diet again. You will also learn how to grocery shop for the right foods, read labels and some of the tricks the food manufacturers use to hide much of what is in their products.

Because one of the key foundations to a healthy life is the ability to relax and de-stress, we will teach you all about the benefits of relaxation and meditation. Stress is said to be the #1 cause of most illness, so learning how to control your stress is key to successful aging.
I have developed this weekend workshop after working with hundreds of people, teaching them how to stay healthy as they age. I discovered that the heart of the matter is exactly that: a person has to want to change their behavior in their heart – it is the individual’s inspiration that gets them to commit.
