Thanks so much for taking the first step towards the empowerment of your physical future.  My name is Elizabeth Phinney and my specialty is helping people design how they want to live physically for the rest of their lives.  I help people understand the control that they have over their health as they age and I can help you starting with our first conversation…and it’s at no cost to you!

In this conversation, we will discuss the seven key steps towards being in charge of your body, the options you have and why, what your dreams and desires are for your future, where you are presently and where you would like to be, what your plans are for the future and more.  Based on your story, you will come away with a clearer understanding of how to get to where you want to go.

My mission is to help as many people as possible find their inspiration and their own innate ability to nurture themselves and make all the right choices for a healthy physical future.  I truly believe that if we want to be fit, we can be.

I am offering this free consultation because it is very important to me that you understand how much power you have in controlling your own aging.  If you find my input and suggestions to be informative and would like to continue working with me to better assure your success, then we both win!!

That being said, please understand that I am not offering a sales pitch in disguise: simply a conversation with an option to continue.  If for any reason you find our conversation to be a complete waste of your time, I will send you one of my CD’s to either keep for yourself or give to someone else.

It is important for you to know that I am not able to help everyone who requests working with me.  My customized programs are only for those people who:

  1. Are ready to change their current behaviors towards their physicality
  2. Want to learn a step by step process to better their eating and exercise habits
  3. Are willing to think outside the box when it comes to their health
  4. Recognize that change takes time and have the stamina to be patient with themselves
  5. Respect their investment and will work hard to succeed so that their health becomes a benefit rather than a potential liability
